The Meetings page of this website provides all needed information for churches and delegates to prepare for the biannual meetings of classis. Here you will find:
Classis Credentials: a form that allows churches to complete and submit their credentials report to the stated clerk electronically prior to each meeting of classis.
Classis Registration Form: an on-line form that all delegates are required to complete. It registers each delegate for the classis meeting and provides a way of collecting lodging, travel, and food allergy information. Official guests who have food allergies are also invited to complete this form.
Agendas and Minutes: current and past agendas and minutes of the classis meetings of Classis BCNW.
Meeting Documents: the classis meeting expense form, Classis Rules of Procedure, and other documents that may be helpful to new and returning delegates to classis meetings.
