Classis Agenda

  • Our next classis meeting will be: Tuesday, October 22 & 23, 2024. We will be meeting in-person at Nelson Ave. Community Church, (5825 Nelson Avenue, Burnaby).
  • The meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m.
  • The agenda will be distributed before the end of September.

Pastors Retreat

  • There will be a pastors' retreat the Monday evening and Tuesday morning before the classis meeting (October 21 & 22).
  • The retreat will take place at New Westminster CRC (8255 13th Ave, Burnaby). Lodging will be in the same hotel as the classis meeting delegates.

Deadlines:

  • Friday, August 23: submission of agenda items, including in-person reporting requests and written reports. 
  • Friday, September 6: submission of ministry reports
  • Friday, October 4: submission of the Classical Credentials and Classis Meeting Registration Forms
